For some it will be morning, for others t'will be night,
For some it will be afternoon, and others evening light.
Different times around the world our Saviour dear will come,
But in the twinkling of an eye we'll all be taken home.
A glorious sight it all will be--His saints will be at rest,
Living and dead, together all, upon His loving breast.
Signs He's coming are all 'round; we know it will be soon,
Let's set our mind on things above, our hearts to Him attune.
We give Him laud and honour, we give Him love and praise.
We'll worship Him and serve Him throughout our earthly days.
Immanuel, God with us, is coming back you see,
He has a plan, a huge big plan, for all eternity.
So fear not little children, you're in His special care.
As days grow dark, and darker still, with evil everywhere,
Our Lord and God is on the throne, He's not forgotten you,
His promise of deliv'rance stands, and we're sure it's true.
