The Glory of the Lord is Falling from Above

The glory of the Lord is falling from above
To show to unbelieving man His power, His grace, His love.
The glory which could kill us if it were not for God's hand
Is falling now from heaven with grace to help us stand.

We're sheltered from the glory's power, in the shadow of the Rock,
The Rock is Christ, the shelter whom men despise and mock.
As bodies reel and shake with this presence of our God,
Our faith grows strong and joy abounds as we in love applaud.

Revival of our Christian faith is helping us to see
God's glory is so tangible, so real, to set us free.
Demonic power is shaken off as we seek God above
Not to us O Lord is glory, but it falls down by your love.

So as the dark days come and go upon the earth today,
Let's keep our eyes on Jesus to help us find our way,
For in our Lord, Messiah King, all is light and love
If only we can worship Him and keep our eyes above.

The glory cloud grows thicker now with with each new passing day
More of Jesus, more of love, more help along the way
Let's falter not nor fail to keep our faith grow ever strong
That we'll not fear whatever comes with evil and its wrong.

We praise You Lord, we'll ever look up to your loving face
We'll look to You to find our rest, our peace and for your grace,
Not to the world which darker grows with each new passing day,
But to You we look, dear Jesus, our Light, our Truth, our WAY.
