I Believe...

I believe in God the Father,
I believe in God the Son,
I believe in God the Spirit -
One true God, all three in One.

Israel's God, He is Jehovah,
The God of NOW - He's called "I AM"
Ever present, ever with me,
He's my Lord and Guardian.

Because He's with me, fear can't taunt me,
Though the nations rage with war.
Death or life - what does it matter?
He's the God who goes before.

So, dear child, do not be shaken
By the evil men who kill.
Just remember who you are now,
Jesus died that you might live.

The death of sinless men has proven
Proven many times before
Their wicked murder shows to sinners
That they died filled with God's power.

Like a seed we all develop
Into full maturity.
When the reaper reaps His harvest,
We'll move into eternity.

So child of God, prepare your heart now
Cleanse yourself to leave this world,
This earthly life is not forever
But points to heaven's doors unfurled.

So I believe in one true Godhead
Not a God with many faces,
Only God, the great Jehovah
Is the God of earthly races.

Come O come ye world of sinners,
Bow the knee at Jesus' feet.
ALL the world must bow before Him,
Let's do it now for Him to meet.

For He's coming back to take us
Home with Him to dwell on high
With the angels of His glory
Never, nevermore to die.
