THE CHRISTIAN GOD IS ONE, YET THREE
My God is one, yet
He is three,
and
humans cry, “How can that be?”
I’ll tell you why,
O child of dust,
then
you, like me, in Him can trust.
I am a body, soul
and spirit,
three,
yet one – now do you get it?
I am made like God
you see:
I am one, yet I am
three.
Father, Son, and
Holy Ghost,
of
all creation, I’m the most –
the
most like Him, for I am three.
In His image He
made me.
And so my child as
you make known
this
unique God we call our own,
the
world will know there is one God,
if more than one
He’d not BE God!
