Jesus Answers Prayer

When you’re weak and exhausted and your strength is all gone

And you don’t know what to do

Just come to God’s throne-room and ask Him to help you

And He will see you through.

I know ‘cause I’ve been there when no one could help me –

I didn’t know what to do.

I said, “Jesus, please help me, my peace is all gone” -

What He promised proved to be true.

When a great peace engulfed me I just failed to know

What really had happened just then.

But God heard my prayer and answered it swiftly,

And all I could say was “Amen.”
