Jesus Says “Come Unto Me”

I heard the voice of Jesus say:

Come unto Me and rest.

I know you’re weary, worn and sad

But lean upon My breast.

You’ve tried so hard to work for Me

I know just how you feel.

But I want time to talk to you

And let you know I’m real!

So listen now to what I say

I only want your heart.

My blood has made a way for you

That we shall never part.

Take time, My child to learn of me

Then peace I’ll give to you,

Enough to last for all your life

To make the journey through.

My promises have never failed,

And this I promise you:

If you will let Me guide you now,

I’ll always see you through.
