Get Ready

Hurry to God's throne of mercy,
Hurry to God's throne of grace;
Then ask Him for His Spirit

Get ready, you must not be late!

Jesus would like to take you
To be with Him on that day;
Let sin be gone, and get ready
And pray as He would pray.

Find your way to the prayer room,
He's waiting there for you
To fill you with oil of His Spirit--
And do as He asks you to do.

The oil is His Spirit of glory
To fill your lamp with His light,
Then you can rest in His presence
Prepared for that glorious night!
