I hereby make a blood covenant, a sealed contract, with You my Lord and my Saviour, in response to the offer of eternal friendship you made when You shed your blood for me.
I invite your Spirit to live in me. Because You have died for me, I promise to remain faithful to Your resurrected Spirit until death.
I ask you to touch my sinful blood with your holy blood as you circumcise my heart; I will then be assured that my name is written in your "Book of Life."
I am truly sorry for all my sins. Forgive me for breaking the commandment to love You, for my loving myself more than You. Forgive me for my love of money, my love of pleasure, and love of fleshly pursuits.
Please set my spirit free from Satan's chains which entangle me because of my involvement in anything that is not of You. I renounce them one by one, and ask that You forgive me. As I touch your blood which was shed for my sins, I take your name of Christian. By the signing of this blood covenant I am hereby assured that I will live forever because my sins are all forgiven.
