Your faithfulness is like a stream of living water. A stream of water runs without stopping. As you remain faithful to Me in all you do, it is a never-ending river of life which flows through you and from you to give living water to all who are willing to bow down to drink from it. As Gideon's army had to be reduced to the faithful, the ones chosen were only those who would get down on their knees and lap up the water with their tongues. Is your knee always ready to bow down? Is your tongue always ready to lap up the water? Only on this can your faith rest. Only by the tongue lapping the water and speaking forth words of life to those around you can the lost be saved and My harvest brought in. Only My love gushing forth like a mighty torrent can hold a church together, only My love can break the walls of division and criticism. The tongue was made to pour forth words of love, hope, and comfort. It was made to bless, not to curse; to bring healing and not wounding. So pour out My living water upon the world around you that grace, mercy, and peace may abound among My people sayeth the Lord.
